- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on security equipment.
- Respond to service calls and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Conduct basic diagnostics and repairs on hardware components.
- Ensure all work is performed according to company standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and time spent.
- Provide basic technical support to clients on system usage.
- Stay updated with new security technologies and products.
