Immediate Hire: Service Head (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Head with 3-4 years of experience and a Diploma to lead our service operations in Hyderabad. The Service Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency for our water treatment and waste management projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of service engineers and technicians to ensure timely and effective project execution.

- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance, repair, and operational activities for water and wastewater treatment plants.

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations in all service operations.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, reduce downtime, and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of necessary resources for service operations.

- Prepare service reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to management.

- Liaise with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and build strong relationships.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert guidance to the service team.
