Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Consultant with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Design (B.Des) and a passion for crafting engaging social media campaigns that align with client objectives and brand identities. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms, analyzing performance, and providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for diverse clients, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand voice.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content (graphics, short videos, copy) tailored for different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Manage social media calendars, scheduling posts, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement to identify opportunities and potential issues.
- Analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) using analytics tools and generate regular reports.
- Provide data-backed recommendations for campaign optimization, content strategy, and audience targeting.
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure high-quality creative output.
