Immediate Hire: Social Worker (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker with 2-3 years of experience and an LLM (Master of Laws) degree to join our team in Kolkata. This role will focus on supporting our community members, addressing their social and emotional needs, and ensuring they can access and benefit from our wellness programs. You will leverage your legal background to provide informed guidance and support, particularly concerning rights, access, and community integration within the fitness and wellness landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct social assessments to understand the needs and challenges of community members, with a focus on those requiring legal or social support.
- Develop and implement case plans to address identified social and emotional issues, facilitating access to Cult.fit services and community resources.
- Provide counseling and support services to individuals and families facing personal challenges that may impact their wellness journey.
- Advocate for community members, ensuring their rights and needs are met within the framework of relevant laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., fitness coaches, nutritionists) and external stakeholders (e.g., NGOs, legal aid societies) to provide comprehensive support.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting interventions and outcomes.
- Stay updated on relevant social welfare laws, mental health policies, and community resources in Kolkata.
- Organize and facilitate workshops or group sessions on topics related to well-being, legal rights, and community engagement.
