We are seeking a motivated individual with a BBA/BBM background and 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team as a Software Development - Other professional. This role is ideal for someone who can leverage their business acumen and analytical skills to contribute to various software development projects, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. You will be instrumental in understanding client needs, translating them into actionable development tasks, and ensuring successful project delivery within our IT Services & Consulting operations in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document software requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical designs.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Assist in the creation of user stories, test cases, and other project documentation.
• Analyze and troubleshoot software defects and issues, proposing effective solutions.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the development team.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and software capabilities.
