We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our wellness team at our Kolkata facility. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience providing a range of spa treatments and possess a genuine passion for client well-being. This role does not require post-graduation, making it accessible for individuals with relevant certifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform various spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and exfoliation according to established protocols.
Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and any contraindications before treatment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment environment.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a relaxing and positive experience for all clients.
Adhere to hygiene and safety standards, including proper sanitation of equipment and treatment areas.
Educate clients on product usage and recommend appropriate treatments or home care routines.
Manage appointment schedules and maintain client records.
