We are seeking a motivated Sponsorship / Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual with a Diploma and 1-3 years of experience looking to contribute to the growth of a leading publishing house. You will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility and revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential sponsors and strategic partners aligned with our company's goals and target audience.
Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure sponsorships and partnerships.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
Negotiate terms and agreements for sponsorship deals and collaborations.
Manage the execution of partnership initiatives, ensuring deliverables are met and reporting on outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product development) to ensure seamless integration of partnership activities.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
