Immediate Hire: Steward (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Steward with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our Packaging & Containers division in Kochi. The Steward will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of packaging processes, maintaining quality standards, and supporting production efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of material handling, process monitoring, and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the flow of raw materials and finished goods within the packaging unit.

Assist in the setup and operation of packaging machinery, ensuring optimal performance.

Conduct regular quality checks on packaging materials and finished products to ensure they meet specified standards.

Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatch and receipt of goods.

Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures on the production floor.

Troubleshoot minor operational issues and escalate complex problems to senior management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and reduce waste.

Support R&D initiatives by providing feedback on material performance and process improvements.
