Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Stores & Material Management professional with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory, ensuring timely procurement, and managing the efficient flow of materials within our clinical research operations. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth functioning of our research activities and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain inventory levels of clinical trial supplies, laboratory reagents, and other essential materials.
- Implement and enforce robust inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Oversee the receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all inventory transactions.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to forecast material needs and ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage environment in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and other regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor material expiry dates and manage the disposal of expired or obsolete stock.
- Support internal and external audits related to material management and inventory control.
- Utilize inventory management software for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the stores and material management function.
