Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and insightful individual with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team as a Strategic Risk Analyst. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying, assessing, and mitigating strategic risks that could impact the organization's mission and objectives within the NGO/Social Services sector. This role requires a deep understanding of complex systems, policy environments, and stakeholder dynamics prevalent in India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify emerging strategic risks related to policy changes, economic shifts, social trends, and technological advancements affecting the social impact sector.
- Develop and implement robust risk assessment frameworks and methodologies tailored to the unique challenges of NGOs and industry associations.
- Quantify the potential impact of identified risks on organizational goals, reputation, and financial sustainability.
- Design and propose strategic risk mitigation plans and contingency measures, collaborating with various internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Monitor the external environment for potential threats and opportunities, providing early warning signals and strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of organizational resilience and adaptive capacity through strategic foresight and scenario planning.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefings for senior management and relevant committees on risk landscapes and mitigation strategies.
- Foster a culture of risk awareness and proactive risk management throughout the organization.
