Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and legally-minded Strength & Conditioning professional to join our team in Vijayawada. This role requires a unique blend of expertise in physical conditioning, injury prevention, and a strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to employee well-being and safety within the power industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their LLB background to ensure all conditioning programs align with legal compliance and best practices, contributing to the overall health and productivity of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strength and conditioning programs for employees, focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement.
- Conduct regular assessments of employee physical fitness levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and supervise exercise routines, ensuring proper technique and safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with HR and legal departments to ensure all health and safety policies and procedures are compliant with Indian labor laws and industry regulations.
- Advise on ergonomic assessments and workplace safety measures from a physical conditioning perspective.
- Maintain detailed records of employee progress, program effectiveness, and any incidents or injuries.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in strength and conditioning, as well as relevant legal developments.
- Provide educational workshops on health, wellness, and injury prevention to employees.
- Liaise with external medical professionals and legal counsel when necessary regarding employee health and safety matters.
