Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply & Transmission Services Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience and a B.Sc degree to join our dynamic team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations related to supply chain logistics and transmission services, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the supply and transmission services team.
- Coordinate the movement and tracking of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and efficient inventory management.
- Monitor and optimize transmission services, including communication channels and data flow, to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control procedures in all supply chain and transmission activities.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new operational strategies and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and service performance.
