Immediate Hire: Team Lead / Network Manager (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Team Lead / Network Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's network infrastructure, ensuring its optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in networking and leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a small team of network technicians, providing guidance and support.

- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

- Ensure network security by implementing and enforcing security policies, access controls, and intrusion detection systems.

- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.

- Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions.

- Manage network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and policies.

- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate network solutions with other systems.
