We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Architect with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Tech/B.E. degree and possess a strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methodologies, and project management. You will play a crucial role in translating conceptual designs into detailed blueprints and ensuring the successful execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present detailed architectural designs and construction drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.

Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Oversee the technical aspects of construction, providing guidance and problem-solving on-site.

Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and cost estimates.

Utilize architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) for design and drafting.

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
