Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Technical Operations (Tech Ops) team as an entry-level associate. This role will provide hands-on experience in supporting the operational aspects of clinical research studies, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Pharma background to contribute to efficient workflow management and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Technical Operations department, supporting various project activities.
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of clinical trial supplies, including receipt, storage, and distribution.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all operational activities, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
- Support the setup and execution of laboratory procedures and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research scientists, project managers, and quality assurance, to ensure project timelines are met.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and implementing corrective actions.
