Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Support professional with a Master's degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional voice and blended technical support to our users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our entertainment platforms and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technical issues, and a passion for the music and entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate technical assistance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network issues related to our digital music and entertainment platforms.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document all support interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on recurring issues and potential improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest product features, updates, and industry trends.
- Assist in creating and maintaining support documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
