We are seeking a driven and creative individual with an M.Des degree to join our Technology/IT team in Guwahati. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to apply their design thinking and technical understanding to innovate within the hospitality sector. You will contribute to the development and implementation of technology solutions that enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the research, design, and prototyping of new technology solutions for hotel operations and guest services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Contribute to the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design of digital platforms and applications.
- Support the implementation and testing of new IT systems and software.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and end-users to iterate on design improvements.
- Maintain documentation for technology projects and design specifications.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and design trends relevant to the hospitality industry.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for technology adoption.
