Immediate Hire: Telesales (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Executive with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our growing team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining the benefits of our medical devices and equipment, and closing sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technology, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively contact potential customers via telephone to generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our medical devices and equipment.

Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information and solutions.

Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales progress.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and improve customer engagement.

Leverage your MCA background to understand and articulate technical aspects of the medical devices.
