Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Ticketing & Reservation Executive with 3-4 years of experience to join our Engineering & Construction division in Bangalore. This role is crucial for managing travel logistics for our employees and clients, ensuring seamless and cost-effective arrangements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of reservation systems and a keen eye for detail, coupled with legal acumen from an LLB degree to navigate travel policies and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all employee and client travel requests, including flight, train, and hotel bookings, ensuring compliance with company travel policies.
- Utilize various online booking platforms and GDS systems to find the best travel options in terms of cost, convenience, and schedule.
- Handle visa and passport documentation as required for international travel, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings, expenses, and travel itineraries.
- Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and other service providers to negotiate rates and resolve any booking-related issues.
- Provide support and information to employees regarding travel arrangements, visa procedures, and company travel policies.
- Assist in the development and review of travel-related policies, leveraging legal knowledge to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for travel approvals and reimbursements.
- Prepare reports on travel expenditure and utilization for management review.
- Stay updated on changes in travel regulations, visa requirements, and booking system functionalities.
