Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tool & Die Maker with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking, leveraging your MBA/PGDM to contribute to process optimization and operational efficiency within our professional services environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the precision and reliability of our critical tooling and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, fabricate, maintain, and repair precision tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges according to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications to guide manufacturing processes.
• Operate and maintain various machine shop equipment, including CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM machines.
• Utilize analytical skills developed through MBA/PGDM to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction in tooling and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and develop innovative solutions for tooling challenges.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations throughout all operations.
• Contribute to strategic planning for tooling investments and upgrades based on business needs and technological advancements.
