Immediate Hire: Tool Room Manager (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and skilled Tool Room Manager to oversee our tool room operations. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and 3-5 years of experience in managing tool room activities, preferably within the fitness and wellness manufacturing sector. This role is crucial for ensuring the precision, maintenance, and efficiency of all tooling used in our production processes. The manager will be responsible for supervising a team, managing inventory, and implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the tool room, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.

Ensure the timely maintenance, repair, and calibration of all production tooling, molds, dies, and fixtures.

Implement and maintain quality control standards for tooling to ensure product consistency and minimize defects.

Manage tool room inventory, including raw materials, spare parts, and finished tools.

Lead and train a team of toolmakers and technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to provide tooling solutions for new product development and process improvements.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized tool room environment.
