Job Description
We are seeking a motivated TPA Executive with 1-2 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. The TPA Executive will be responsible for managing and executing third-party agreements, ensuring compliance, and facilitating smooth operations within the EdTech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and draft third-party agreements, ensuring legal and contractual compliance.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to negotiate terms and conditions.
Manage the lifecycle of contracts, including renewals and terminations.
Maintain accurate records of all TPA-related documentation and correspondence.
Provide legal and contractual support for various business initiatives.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
