We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our finance team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and have a strong understanding of corporate finance, cash management, and financial risk. This role is crucial in managing the company's liquidity, financial assets, and liabilities to ensure optimal financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily cash operations, including cash flow forecasting and monitoring. • Oversee banking relationships and optimize bank account structures. • Execute foreign exchange transactions and manage currency exposures. • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. • Support in the development and implementation of treasury strategies. • Prepare treasury reports and present findings to senior management. • Identify and mitigate financial risks related to interest rates, liquidity, and foreign exchange. • Assist in debt management and capital markets activities.
