Immediate Hire: Treasury Operations (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Treasury Operations team as a Junior Treasury Analyst. This role is ideal for an M.Com graduate with 0-2 years of experience who is eager to learn and contribute to the efficient management of our company's financial resources. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of corporate treasury, supporting senior team members in daily operations and financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily cash management activities, including monitoring bank balances and processing payments.
- Support the reconciliation of bank statements and internal cash accounts.
- Help in preparing cash flow forecasts and analyzing variances.
- Participate in foreign exchange exposure monitoring and hedging activities.
- Learn and assist with debt and investment management processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, FP&A) for smooth financial operations.
- Maintain accurate treasury records and documentation.
- Support in the preparation of treasury reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
