Immediate Hire: Treasury Operations (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Treasury Operations professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of treasury functions, financial markets, and risk management, coupled with an MBA/PGDM. This role is crucial for managing the company's liquidity, cash flow, and financial risk exposures.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily cash positioning, cash flow forecasting, and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.

Execute treasury transactions, including money market investments, foreign exchange deals, and intercompany funding.

Monitor and manage banking relationships, ensuring efficient transaction processing and cost-effectiveness.

Assist in the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures.

Support in analyzing financial risks (market, credit, liquidity) and recommend mitigation strategies.

Prepare regular treasury reports for senior management.
