Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and 2-4 years of experience in officiating or dispute resolution within a professional setting. This role is crucial for ensuring fair play, adherence to regulations, and smooth operations within our sports-related activities or internal quality control processes that may involve dispute arbitration. You will be responsible for interpreting and enforcing rules, making impartial judgments, and contributing to a positive and fair environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Officiate and enforce rules and regulations for various sporting events or internal arbitration processes, ensuring fair and impartial judgment.
- Interpret complex rules and guidelines, providing clear explanations to participants or stakeholders.
- Resolve disputes and conflicts promptly and effectively, maintaining neutrality and professionalism.
- Maintain detailed records of incidents, decisions, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with event organizers, management, and participants to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct pre-game/session briefings to explain rules and expectations.
- Continuously update knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and best practices.
