Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to understand user needs and product goals.
Write, edit, and refine UI text, microcopy, error messages, and other user-facing content for our website and mobile applications.
Ensure content is consistent in tone, voice, and style across all user touchpoints.
Conduct user research and content audits to identify areas for improvement.
Translate complex technical information into simple, user-friendly language.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of content style guides.
