Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Vendor Management Executive. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent B.Sc graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in managing vendor relationships, procurement processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain within the water treatment industry. You will support the senior management in day-to-day vendor operations and contribute to cost-effective procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new vendors for various project requirements.
- Support in the negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain accurate vendor records, including contact information, contract details, and performance history.
- Process purchase requisitions and orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure vendor deliverables meet project specifications and timelines.
- Assist in resolving vendor-related issues and disputes.
- Conduct market research to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
