Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of verification officers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
Oversee the end-to-end verification process for materials, equipment, and documentation.
Develop and implement verification protocols and checklists.
Analyze verification reports, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline verification workflows.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Train new team members on verification procedures and best practices.
