The ideal candidate will have a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharma) degree and 3-5 years of experience in video production, with a focus on educational and promotional content within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality video content that effectively communicates complex scientific and medical information to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop video content strategies aligned with marketing and communication objectives, particularly for pharmaceutical products and healthcare initiatives.

Write compelling scripts and storyboards that translate complex M.Pharma related information into engaging and accessible video narratives.

Plan and execute video shoots, managing logistics, equipment, and on-site production for both internal and external projects.

Edit raw footage using professional editing software, incorporating graphics, animations, music, and voiceovers to create polished final products.

Ensure all video content adheres to pharmaceutical industry regulations, compliance standards, and brand guidelines.

Collaborate with subject matter experts, medical writers, and marketing teams to ensure accuracy and scientific integrity of video content.

Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, from pre-production to final delivery, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
