Immediate Hire: Visa / Immigration Consultant (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Visa / Immigration Consultant to join our Ludhiana-based team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global immigration laws and procedures, with a proven ability to manage visa applications and immigration processes for expatriate employees and their families within the food processing industry. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all visa and work permit applications for foreign national employees, ensuring compliance with Indian immigration laws and company policies.
- Advise employees and HR on immigration regulations, visa requirements, and relocation procedures.
- Liaise with government authorities, embassies, and consulates to facilitate visa approvals and resolve any immigration-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all immigration cases, including application status, expiry dates, and documentation.
- Conduct research on changes in immigration laws and policies affecting expatriate assignments.
- Support employees throughout the relocation process, providing guidance on necessary documentation and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Legal) and external agencies to ensure a smooth immigration process.
- Prepare reports and presentations on immigration trends and compliance for management.
