Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct practical sessions and workshops to enhance understanding of operational processes, software applications used in logistics, and customer service protocols.
- Assess participant learning and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into training content.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs and materials.
- Manage classroom environment and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
