Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Voice / Blended - Other professional to join our growing team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and possess a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree, bringing a strong analytical and communication skill set to support various operational and client-facing initiatives within the Engineering & Construction domain. This role requires a blend of voice and non-voice communication strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute blended communication strategies, encompassing both voice and digital channels, to address project-related inquiries and client feedback.
- Analyze communication data and trends to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and operational processes.
- Develop and implement scripts and communication protocols for voice interactions, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and client relations, to resolve issues and provide timely updates.
- Create reports and presentations summarizing communication performance, key findings, and recommendations.
- Utilize strong research and analytical skills gained from an M.A. background to contribute to strategic planning and problem-solving.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing efficient and effective support.
