Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Warden to oversee and manage the operations of our wastewater treatment facility in Nagpur. This role is ideal for a recent MCA graduate with a keen interest in the environmental sector, looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic industry. The Warden will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the plant, maintaining records, and supporting the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record daily operational data of the water/wastewater treatment plant.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to plant performance, chemical consumption, and effluent quality.
- Maintain inventory of consumables and spares, and raise purchase requisitions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and housekeeping standards within the plant premises.
- Conduct routine checks on equipment and report any anomalies or maintenance needs.
- Support the operations team in troubleshooting minor operational issues.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of plant activities and data.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth plant operations and maintenance.
