Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This position is best suited for individuals with 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the education or training sector, and holding a B.Sc degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve zonal sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned zone, focusing on corporate clients and institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR managers, L&D heads, and decision-makers in organizations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
