Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a B.Com background to join our team as an Immigration Associate. This entry-level position will support the corporate immigration processes for our employees, ensuring compliance with Indian immigration laws and regulations. You will assist in managing visa applications, work permits, and other necessary documentation for foreign national employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of visa and work permit applications for foreign national employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all immigration-related documentation.
- Liaise with government authorities, embassies, and consulates as required.
- Provide support to employees regarding immigration queries and processes.
- Conduct preliminary research on immigration policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian immigration laws and company policies.
- Support the HR and Legal departments in immigration-related matters.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for applications.
