Immigration (Any Graduate Required) - Thane

Role Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Immigration Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Thane. This role will be instrumental in managing the immigration processes for our expatriate employees and their families, ensuring compliance with all relevant Indian immigration laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of visa applications, work permits, and other necessary documentation, with the ability to liaunt effectively with government authorities and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end immigration process for new hires and existing expatriate employees, including visa applications, work permits, and residency permits.
- Ensure all immigration documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within stipulated deadlines.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees on all immigration-related queries and provide guidance throughout the process.
- Liaise with government bodies, immigration consultants, and external agencies to facilitate smooth processing of applications.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in Indian immigration laws and regulations and advise the HR department accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all immigration cases and related documentation.
- Assist with the renewal and extension of visas and work permits.
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of expatriate employees from an immigration perspective.
