Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated BCA graduate with 1-3 years of experience to join our team as an Immigration Specialist. You will be responsible for managing visa applications, work permits, and ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and processing visa and work permit applications for international and domestic employees.

Liaise with government agencies, consulates, and external immigration consultants to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Maintain accurate records of employee immigration status, documentation, and expiry dates.

Provide guidance and support to employees on immigration-related queries and documentation requirements.

Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes in India.

Assist in coordinating relocation logistics for expatriate employees.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant labor laws.
