Role Summary:
BYJU'S is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Immigration Specialist to manage and facilitate the immigration processes for our international employees and potential hires. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with all relevant immigration laws and regulations, supporting our global talent acquisition and retention efforts. You will be the primary point of contact for employees navigating visa applications, work permits, and other immigration-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end immigration processes for employees, including visa applications, work permits, residency permits, and other necessary documentation.
• Liaise with government agencies, consulates, embassies, and external immigration counsel to ensure smooth and timely processing of applications.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and HR on immigration policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all immigration-related documentation and employee statuses.
• Stay abreast of changes in immigration laws and regulations in India and relevant international jurisdictions.
• Assist with the preparation of immigration-related reports and analyses for management.
• Develop and implement immigration policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
