We are seeking an experienced Immigration Specialist to join our team and manage the immigration processes for our international employees and consultants. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all relevant Indian immigration laws and regulations, facilitating smooth transitions for our global talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end visa and work permit applications for foreign nationals.
Provide guidance and support to employees on immigration procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Liaise with government authorities, embassies, and consulates to expedite immigration processes.
Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies in India and relevant countries.
Maintain accurate records of all immigration-related documentation and filings.
Assist with any ad-hoc immigration-related projects or queries.
