Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Immigration Specialist to join our team in Chandigarh. This role will be responsible for managing and facilitating the immigration processes for our employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant Indian immigration laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visa applications, work permits, and residency requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end immigration processes for employees, including visa applications, work permits, and residency permits.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and management on immigration policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of all required documentation to government authorities.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations in India.
- Liaise with external immigration counsel and government agencies.
- Maintain accurate records of all immigration-related matters.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes related to immigration for international hires.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
