Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Immigration Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a strong understanding of immigration processes relevant to corporate employees, particularly within the FinTech and Payments sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth and compliant immigration procedures for our diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and submission of visa and work permit applications for foreign national employees.
Liaise with external immigration consultants and government agencies to ensure timely processing of applications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee immigration status and documentation.
Provide guidance and support to employees on immigration-related queries and requirements.
Stay abreast of changes in immigration laws and regulations in India and other relevant jurisdictions.
Conduct initial assessments of employee eligibility for various visa categories.
Coordinate with HR and other internal departments to gather necessary documentation and information.
