Implementation Manager

Role Summary: The Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful deployment and integration of gaming solutions and platforms for our clients. This role requires a blend of project management, technical understanding, and client-facing skills to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, from kickoff to go-live.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, sales, and support to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage client expectations, communicate project status, and address any issues or roadblocks proactively.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Conduct technical discussions with clients and internal teams to understand integration requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the implementation phase.
- Ensure successful user adoption and provide necessary training or documentation.
- Gather client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation processes and services.
