Implementation Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Implementation Manager to lead the successful deployment of our urban transport technology solutions for new clients across India. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring seamless integration of our systems with client operations, and driving client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of client implementations, from project initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed implementation plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams (product, engineering, sales, support) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
• Oversee system configuration, data migration, user training, and change management activities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
• Ensure client adoption and satisfaction by providing excellent project management and communication.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation processes and methodologies.
