Implementation Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Implementation Manager to join our team. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful and efficient deployment of our staffing and recruitment solutions for new and existing clients. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new client onboarding, ensuring timely and successful project completion.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for each implementation.

Collaborate with sales, operations, and client stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Facilitate client training sessions on our platform and processes.

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues during the implementation phase.

Ensure smooth handover of implemented solutions to the operational teams.

Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management and clients.

Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies.
