Implementation Manager (3-5 Yrs) | Delhi

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Manager with 3-5 years of experience, preferably with a B.Com background, to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of various projects and initiatives within our textile and apparel operations. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget.

Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure seamless integration of new systems or processes into existing business operations.

Conduct user training and provide ongoing support during and after implementation.

Prepare and present project status reports to management and relevant teams.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies throughout the implementation process.

Liaise with vendors and third-party service providers as needed.
