Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Implementation Manager with 3-4 years of experience and a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our team. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects, ensuring they align with our mission of empowering underserved communities through sustainable solutions. This role requires a unique blend of design thinking, project management, and community engagement skills to translate innovative ideas into tangible impact on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of projects, from planning and design to execution and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with community members, local partners, and stakeholders to understand needs, co-design solutions, and ensure community ownership and participation.
- Utilize design thinking methodologies to analyze problems, develop user-centric solutions, and iterate on project designs based on feedback and learnings.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively, identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparent reporting.
- Monitor project progress, collect data, and evaluate outcomes to assess impact and identify areas for improvement and scaling.
- Contribute to the development of new project proposals and strategies, bringing insights from field implementation.
