Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Import & Export Specialist. This role will be crucial in managing and optimizing the international trade operations for our diverse range of digital services and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of import/export regulations, logistics, and documentation within the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of import and export processes for hardware, software, and related equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all Indian and international trade laws, customs regulations, and import/export policies.
- Prepare and process all necessary documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and other third-party logistics providers.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates on status and delivery timelines.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in import/export operations.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms for logistics and customs services.
- Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, finance, legal) to ensure smooth execution of international trade activities.
- Stay abreast of changes in trade regulations and advise the company accordingly.
