Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in an Import & Export - Other capacity. This role will support the firm's international operations and compliance efforts, ensuring smooth cross-border transactions and adherence to relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of import/export procedures and documentation within the legal industry context.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and coordinating import and export documentation for legal materials, equipment, and other relevant items.
- Ensure compliance with Indian customs regulations, foreign trade policies, and other applicable laws related to international trade.
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other third-party service providers.
- Maintain accurate records of all import and export activities, including shipment tracking and inventory management.
- Support the legal teams in understanding and navigating international trade compliance requirements for client matters.
- Conduct research on import/export regulations and trade agreements as needed.
- Prepare reports and summaries on import/export activities for management.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with international shipments and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of import/export procedures.
