Import & Export - Other (Any Graduate Required) - Nasik

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Import & Export Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the import and export process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing logistics for automotive parts and finished goods. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day import and export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipping.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities to ensure smooth transit of goods.
- Prepare and submit all necessary import/export documentation, such as bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian and international trade regulations, customs laws, and tariffs.
- Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, sales) to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in import/export activities.
